of  The lawful Hawaii General Jural Assembly

We The People Lawfully Assembled under the will of the people per the Hawaii Constitution and Constitution for the united States of America as evident in the accepted and ratified Formation, Operations and Functions of the Hawaii General Jural Assembly (HGJA) by-laws; of the sovereign members of Hawaii, a Free and Independent State (O&F), the individual sovereign member’s Signed and witnessed their Declaration of Unalienable Rights held by Indigenous Power (DUR) and Jural Covenant of Office

(JCO).

As such we are self-determinate and at time are required to enforce the above documents through County oversight as obligatory in the O&F. One of those duties is Board of Review (BOR) to investigate acts of members and counties if they are not conforming to the parameters of the O&F, JCO and DUR.

Upon a Lawful vote of a lawful BOR based on the acts of the accused; David Hamman, Ron Curtis, Wallyn Christian and Keline Kahau they were permanently removed and banned from the HGJA of a Free and Independent nation=state. More precisely: Ron Curtis was removed due his direct violation of his Oath as a Moderator, Ignoring lawful

Point of Order and allowing David Hamman ( his co-conspirator ) to bring a motion to the floor at the July 29, 2022 in person annual assembly meeting when state offices are filled. Mr. Hamman was a Guest having no rights to bring a motion and Ron Curtis allowed this to happen under agenda category announcements, not under new business and not after approval for same from the body assembled. The motion by Mr. Hamman, if passed, would have given full authority of the HGJA to Kauai County an un

assembled county at the time. Mr. Hamman was permanently banned from the state for attempting a coup - as a guest which could not have happened without Ron Curtis active involvement.

Wallyn Christian and Keline Kahau were lawfully removed having been a part of the July 29, 2022 attempted coup, and later in an attempt to stop a vote of the BOR by orchestrating another attempted coup under the guise of an “emergency meeting” in which all previous protocols for Honolulu County General Jural Assembly (HCGJA) were ignored.

Upon that sham meeting and vote the First Amendment Rights of all HCGJA members were violated. This same vote restricted the Moderator and Moderator Pro-tem from attending which would have crippled the state in clear violation of the August 15, 2022 motion “To Stop Manipulation”. All the above is a violated the JCO of each HCGJA that voted in the affirmative at that emergency meeting. For this reason the remaining “yes” voting members were found to be not-in-good-standing and were directed to be revetted at the county level - all have failed or refused to be revetted.

These same individuals who voted in the affirmative along with the those removed, Keline and Wallyn, subsequently formed a break away group, at one point calling themselves the Oahu County General Jural Assembly. 

However, on the advise of Ron Curtis and Destry Payne at National they took on the moniker of the absconded title "Honolulu County General Jural Assembly " a fraudulent premise and act. This was done even though they do not retain any of the original Founding Documents which include

the original complaint and findings of June 26, 2021, the Public notice of formation of the HCGJA or any other formative document.

Now, National-Assembly.net (et al) is endorsing this same break-away group of imposters who are using the website of HGJA as their own posing as both the legitimate HCGJA and HGJA (Hawaii-assembly.net) . Both National-Assembly.net and the break away group are endorsing and acting in Fraud. As part of that endorsement, National-Assembly.net (et al) is censoring rebuttal by lawful members of the HGJA and HCGJA whom are

responding to the break away group’s fictitious BOR and final vote thereon.

 We The People assembled wholly deny the stand of the De Facto imposter(s) HCGJA who unlawfully and deceitfully formed a break away group and posted a BOR report to National-Assembly.net (et al) signed by Nilva Panimdim, acting Comm Sec. This break away group, of

whom most are not removed from the lawful HCGJA or the HGJA are acting in sedition and open rebellion to HGJA and their JCO. Thus National-Assembly.net is participating and endorsing sedition and rebellion within Hawaii a Free and Independent nation=state. 

Additionally, National-Assembly.net is now, per their website under Public

Notice, banning all members who at any time changed their political status as to how the De Facto UNITED STATES is to deal/refer to them as or who have affiliation with Anna Von Reitz.

We The People, lawfully assembled under the Constitution for the united States of America as stipulated in the First Amendment thereto have the right to peaceably assemble. We The People have the right of free association. We The People have the right to freedom of speech. We The People have the right of self-determination. As these rights are unalienable as acknowledged in the DUR and JCO and protected by

same under oath to which Wallyn Christian, Keline Kahau and Ron Curtis have sworn, their actions were, before the vote of September 5, 2022 and are now in violation of their oaths. As such they are committing treason to Hawaii a free and independent nation=state. 

Under common law and maxims of law they are operating under

maladministration and violating their oaths along with anyone assisting them. Outside forces, agencies, organizations, individuals supporting are guilty of the same crimes.

We The People acknowledge that no outside influence has authority upon Hawaii a Free and Independent nation=state and the HGJA. We The People further declare that we have not yielded authority to any outside body or authority except to God by whom ordained us with unalienable rights. This is proven by the O&F.

We The People find the following to be true and factual according to Common Law:

1. Censoring a Lawful member of HGJA is a violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution for the united States of America.

2. Restricting the activity and free association of anyone outside of what is in the O&F is a violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution for the united States of America.

3. Supporting people lawfully removed by a vote after a lawful BOR, being final as stated in the O&F, as if they were not removed is a violation of the the O&F and JCO. That action undermines and interferes with interior domestic state matters.

4. Actively supporting any group who was lawfully removed or made up of individuals not-in-good-standing who are seeking to form another state assembly within Hawaii (or any other) Free and Independent nation=state is an act of insurrection and sedition by those actors in the state.

5. For those outside the state, supporting any break away group, who violated their JCO and the Constitution, treating those individuals and group as valid while ignoring the De Jure, such as at National-Assembly.net (et al) is doing with the De facto HCGJA, is guilty of inciting rebellion and insurrection.

6. Any group, organization, corporation or individual who is not living in Hawaii a Free and Independent nation=state who participates in any of the above actions isviolating the 1943 Treaty of Peace between the Kingdom of Hawaii and the united States of America.

7. Any group, organization, corporation or individual who is not living in Hawaii a Free and Independent nation=state, from another nation=state, who participates in any of the above actions is violating the Law of Nations and the Law of Occupation.

8. Any group, organization, corporation or individual who is not living in Hawaii a Free and Independent nation=state, from any other nation=state who participates in any of the above actions and who meddles in the internal affairs of any Free and Independent nation=state is committing an act of War.

We The People, being gracious and living in honor

provide you with the above so you understand the gravity of the

actions you or your associates are engaged in.

For this reason, we are giving all people who are not permanently banned from the HGJA and outside forces the opportunity to correct their direction. If it is true that the military is watching the above this should give everyone pause. It is high time that each

individual do serious soul searching because We The People are done with tyrants, dictators, deep state, top down, deceitful usurpers of our rights.

We The People assembled as the HGJA having had lawful review, Lawful BOR, Lawful votes thereon and do hereby state that David Hamman, Ron Curtis, Keline Kahau and Wallyn Christian are banned from the Hawaii General Jural Assembly and the Interim Government for Hawaii a Free and Independent nation=state. 

That their acts are invalid, treasonous, seditious and without any merit. They have no right to vote or form a state within a state. That National-Assembly.net (et al) must remove immediately the fictitious fraudulent documents of the De facto submitted by Nilva Panimdim or be guilty

of that crime. That National-Assembly.net (et al) must conform to the Constitution for the united States of America and Hawaii Constitution and accept the determinations of the HGJA of the Free and Independent nation=state Hawaii; or be found invalid and without any authority. 

The 10 not-in-good-standing members of the HGJA do not have

the right to bring a motion or vote in any assembly within Hawaii a Free and Independent nation=state, they must return the absconded property of the lawful HGJA and HCGJA, that being Banners, bank assets in the form of Federal Reserve Notes and the website presently under Emil Scrvina’s control. Undermining and/or interfering within the lawful HGJA, HCGJA, Maui County General Jural Assembly or Hawaii County General

Jural Assembly, fully assembled in the Free and Independent nation=state Hawaii is an act of insurrection, treason and violation of the JCO.

So accepted and Decreed by vote of the Lawfully assembled Hawaii General Jural,  Assembly December 5 year of the Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two.
